Most of items will ship out in 2-4 working days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 working days to process. Need urgently or other issue, you can get help from our service team.
We ship all orders with tracking number, once shipped mostly European Countries are usually take 8-12 working days to arrive , US/CA/AU/New Zealand are usually take 8-15 working days to arrive, Brazil and other countries takes up to 15-45 working days, depending on the efficiency of your customs and local postal service.
If the package is returned due to the following problems, Hipumps will only initiate a partial refund (60% of the articles value, exclude the shipping fee), thank you for your understanding.
1. The recipient's address is incomplete, wrong, relocated or rejected
2. The recipient is not at home, the recipient cannot be contacted, the phone is transferred to voicemail
+ Orders are processed Monday - Saturday , excluding some federal holidays.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
+ Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
+ If there's quality problem, please send photo for checking.
+ If the item or size you received is wrong, please send photo of the item you received for checking, and the photo of the Shipping label on the package (we need to check the information on it).

1, Return the item for a full refund, only acceptable when the error is on Hipumps's Part (such as incorrect item, color). Otherwise, Hipumps will only initiate a partial refund (60% of the articles value, exclude the shipping fee), once we receive the original package.
2, In general, you will get the refund in 7 business days after we receive your returns. You will not get a full refund for your return if it was detected or has obvious damages, so please be sure all the items are in good condition before you send them back.
3, Free exchange only happens when the error is on Hipumps's part too, otherwise, you need to pay the extra shipping fee for the exchange.
4, Return shipping will take so long time to arrive at our warehouse, especially by standard shipping. After we get your return, maybe the item you want to exchange was no longer on sell. Anyway please contact us in time by email firstly.
5, Return address will be provided by Hipumps's Customer Service Team.
